Our First Hello = Our Design Survey
The first contact you make with Design Brooklyn should, of course, be about YOU. We want to hear about your needs, your hopes, your wild ideas, your fears, and your budget. Generally this is accomplished by filling out this Design Survey.

STEP 1 - DOWNLOAD the survey.
STEP 2 - Open the .pdf in one of the following applications:
- Adobe Acrobat 7+ (MAC/PC)
- Adobe Reader 8+ (MAC/PC)
- Safari 3+ (MAC)
- Preview 3+(MAC)
STEP 3 - Fill out the .pdf, save it, and EMAIL it to us.
The survey will allow us to develop a plan of action, budget estimate, and preliminary timeline. If we feel the information in the survey isn't entirely adequate we will contact you for additional information or even an initial meeting. Design Brooklyn will present all of our findings in our proposal. The more robust the survey, the more accurate the proposal. Most larger scale projects require at least one survey meeting before a proposal is built.
